Service Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the business use of the Junglelabs platform, client portal, ASN allocation, Sponsoring LIR, and Internet number resource operations.

1. Parties, Eligibility and Scope

These terms are entered into between JUNGLELABS LTD ("Junglelabs", "we", "us" or "our"), incorporated in England and Wales, and the enterprise or organisation purchasing or utilising our services ("Customer", "you" or "your"). They are intended strictly for business customers, network operators, and resource holders, not consumers acting for personal purposes.

These terms apply alongside any accepted quotation, order form, Sponsoring LIR agreement, client portal order, or written service schedule (each an "Order"). If an Order conflicts with these terms, the Order takes precedence for that specific conflict.

2. Our Services

Junglelabs provides network infrastructure and registry management solutions, including eligibility assessment, ASN application assistance, Sponsoring LIR services, sponsorship transfers, Provider Independent (PI) resource support, RIPE Database object management, RPKI/ROA configuration, Reverse DNS (rDNS), and BGP/upstream coordination.

Notice on Resource Nature: ASNs and Internet number resources are public routing identifiers and registry allocations. Junglelabs provides professional facilitation, sponsorship, and management services. We do not sell proprietary ownership of ASNs and cannot warrant third-party routing acceptance or guaranteed completion dates.

The exact scope, deliverables, and term are defined in each specific Order. Any work outside the agreed schedule will require a separate quotation.

3. Orders and Authority

Inquiries and portal submissions represent requests for qualification and do not automatically constitute a binding commitment. An Order becomes active upon our formal written confirmation, commencement of work, or service issuance.

The individual submitting an Order confirms full legal authority to bind the Customer and, where relevant, explicit authority from the legal resource holder to request registry, sponsorship, routing, or RPKI adjustments. Junglelabs reserves the right to request identity verification, corporate documentation, and network justification prior to processing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and verified technical, legal, and operational network information;
  • Respond promptly to regulatory, policy-driven, or verification requests;
  • Maintain operational and monitored administrative, technical, and abuse points of contact;
  • Ensure all allocated resources are used in strict compliance with applicable RIPE NCC policies, international routing standards, and governing laws;
  • Safeguard client portal credentials and report any security compromise immediately; and
  • Independently maintain upstream transit, peering sessions, BGP configurations, and internal infrastructure.

5. RIPE NCC Policies and Third-Party Authority

Number resource operations rely on Regional Internet Registries (specifically RIPE NCC), upstream transit providers, other LIRs, and third-party networks. Registry policies and evidentiary requirements operate independently and remain outside Junglelabs' unilateral control.

Current RIPE NCC policies supersede any commercial summaries. Official policies can be referenced directly via the RIPE NCC Policy Portal.

6. Fees, Taxes and Renewal

All service fees, currencies, billing frequencies, and payment terms are detailed in the Order. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees exclude VAT, local taxes, and third-party registry charges.

Setup and application fees cover engineering and administrative work and are non-refundable once processing commences. Annual sponsorship and maintenance services require timely renewal before the anniversary date to prevent registry suspension or object withdrawal.

7. Timelines and Changes

All turnaround timelines provided are professional estimates based on standard registry processing times. Junglelabs is not liable for procedural delays arising from RIPE NCC backlog, third-party vetting, or incomplete Customer documentation.

8. RIPE Database and Public Information

The RIPE Database is a globally accessible public registry. You authorise Junglelabs to register, update, and manage designated objects (`aut-num`, `inetnum`, `route`, `role`, `person`, etc.) necessary for service delivery.

Submitted routing and administrative details will become publicly indexable across global Whois networks in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Security and Acceptable Use

Services, network resources, and credentials managed by Junglelabs must never be used to:

  • Facilitate spam, botnets, malware distribution, phishing, network hijacking, or unlawful traffic;
  • Conceal, misrepresent, or falsify legitimate resource control;
  • Bypass access controls, perform unauthorized penetration tests, or disrupt registry systems; or
  • Evade international trade restrictions, sanctions, or applicable UK/EU laws.

10. Suspension and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement pursuant to the terms of the Order. Junglelabs reserves the immediate right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, verified abuse, submission of fraudulent information, or regulatory directive.

11. Warranties and Liability

Junglelabs provides its professional services with reasonable technical skill and diligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" basis without implied warranties of continuous uninterrupted operation or unilateral third-party routing acceptance.

Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Junglelabs' aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific service will not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer for that service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. General Terms & Governing Law

Governing Law: These terms and any associated Orders are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any formal Order, constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter.
